Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying different sections of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.
Additional images disclosed as part of the continuing congressional process.
