The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be shown live on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua said he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to promote next month's boxing match.
Former two time world title holder Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to damage his features and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically known for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "not serious" after the Cameroonian rejected a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK rival Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua said.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he stated.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer is still one of the sport's largest financial successes, frequently receiving massive paydays.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a stoppage in rounds four or five and stated he would stop the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Size Difference
As both boxers engaged in the usual stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it emphasized just how improbable this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the bout is really happening.
